Terms of service.

These terms cover your use of PlushLab, provided by TechCorner S.R.L., Str. Slt. Radu Teoharie, bl. D3, sc. B, et. 1, ap. 21, Târgu Neamț, Neamț County, Romania (Trade Register no. J2025025184003, VAT ID RO51592659). By joining the waitlist or using the service you agree to them.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and doesn't guarantee an invite or a date; we open PlushLab in waves. You can leave the waitlist at any time.

Early access

PlushLab is in early access. Features change, things occasionally break, and we may limit or pause access while we improve it. Early access is free; we'll tell you before any paid plan applies to you, and nothing is charged without your agreement.

Donations for the cats

Our team takes in street cats and pays for their shelter, food, veterinary care and medicine. You can help with a voluntary donation, collected by TechCorner S.R.L. through Buy Me a Coffee. A donation is a gift: it doesn't buy a plan, a feature or a service, and refunds follow Buy Me a Coffee's own rules. If the total received reaches US$5,000, we will offer a free PlushLab plan, open to everyone, with a limited set of features described on this site when it launches, for as long as PlushLab is offered. We announce on this site when the goal is reached.

Your account and your content

You're responsible for your account and for keeping your password safe. The content you put into PlushLab stays yours; you give us only the permission needed to store and display it to the people you invite. You can ask us to export or delete it at any time.

Acceptable use

  • Don't use PlushLab for anything unlawful, or to store content you have no right to.
  • Don't try to break into accounts or projects you weren't invited to, or to disrupt the service.
  • Don't use monitoring features to probe systems you don't own or operate.

We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Third-party services

If you connect GitHub or other services, their terms apply to them too. We only access what you authorise.

Liability

The service is provided as is during early access. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect damages or lost profits. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be waived.

Ending your use

You can stop using PlushLab and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may end early access with reasonable notice, and we'll let you export your content first.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes go to the competent courts at our registered office, unless the law gives you, as a consumer, the right to bring them where you live. If you're a consumer, you can also contact the Romanian consumer authority, ANPC (anpc.ro).
